From 22.12 to 25.12, 2025, the twenty–fifth anniversary conference “High Energy Astrophysics Today and Tomorrow 2025 (HEA–2025)“ will be held at the Institute for Space Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences (IKI RAS).

The idea of the conference proved its relevance and popularity after the first one in 2001. The HEA conferences have become a good annual New Year’s Eve tradition and have occupied one of the central places in the scientific life of Russian astrophysics. They presented the latest results of all significant space experiments in the field of astrophysics and observational cosmology, such as INTEGRAL, RXTE, Chandra, XMM–Newton, Swift, Spitzer, WMAP, Fermi, Konus, GALEX, Planck, Gaia, JWST, and discussed the latest results in the field of radio astronomy, registration of cosmic neutrinos and gravitational waves. waves, as well as the results obtained on the largest Russian optical and radio telescopes, such as BTA, SAI25, RTT–150, AZT–33IK, RATAN–600. In 2004 For the first time, the conference was held in an international format in connection with the 90th anniversary of the birth of J.B. Zeldovich. After the launch of the SRG observatory in 2019, our conference program focuses on its work and recent scientific results, and this tradition will be continued in 2025.
