A copy of the state diploma of higher education and its annex, certified at the place of work (for persons who have received education abroad, including citizens of the CIS member states, a copy of the relevant diploma, as well as certificates of equivalence of documents of foreign states on education to a diploma of higher vocational education of the Russian Federation, issued by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation).
A copy of the work book, certified at the place of work.
A written statement from the supervisor of consent to carry out scientific supervision, indicating the preliminary topic of the dissertation work.
List of published scientific papers, inventions (if the applicant has scientific papers and inventions);
Abstract on the chosen specialty (for persons who do not have scientific papers and inventions in the chosen specialty).
Review of the abstract of the supervisor.
Certificates of passing candidate exams if the applicant has passed candidate exams.
