The Second Informational Message on the Second  Regional Summer Scientific School for Young Space Physicists, dedicated to the 50th anniversary of radiophysical observations at the Oybenköl test site

We invite you to take part in the work of the Second Regional Summer Scientific School of Young Space Physicists, dedicated to the 50th anniversary of radiophysical observations at the Oybenkel test site of SHICRA SB RAS to be held on August 4 – 5, 2022 in Yakutsk.

Young scientists and teachers, graduate students and university students under the age of 39 are welcome to participate in the work of the School. Within the framework of the School, a competition for the best oral presentation is planned among the participants. There is no registration fee.

The School Program includes lectures (30 min.), oral (10 min.) and poster presentations. For those who applied with absentee participation, in the absence of the opportunity to submit a report online, it is allowed to record a video report – you have to notify the organizing committee by writing to conf@ikfia.ysn.ru,  then upload a video lasting no more than 10 minutes in MP4 format with a size of no more than 500 MB  at:  https://cloud.mail.ru/public/qv1X/ZocoC2P44.

Remote participation format:

• online report through the electronic conference platform Microsoft Teams, link for August 4 – https://teams.live.com/meet/9555262430194 (entrance is possible from the application installed on a PC, phone, or without installation through a browser);  
• a poster presentation.

It is planned to publish an electronic collection of abstracts (before the School start) and an electronic collection of papers (with indexation in the RSCI, after the School work is over). Please find the requirements for materials for the Collection of works  in Appendix 3.

Major dates:

Up to July 27 – submit an application and abstracts:

1) by file to the email address conf@ikfia.ysn.ru (the form is specified in Appendix 1) or

2) via the Registration and Abstract Submission forms on the website.

Up to July 28 – the end of the acceptance of video reports of the correspondence format of participation (provided that it is not possible to submit a report online).

August 4 – the opening ceremony and online meeting of the Second Regional Summer Scientific School for Young Scientists

August 5 – and excursion and the field meeting at the radiophysical test site “Eubenkel”

September 30 – Deadline for acceptance of papers for publication in the School Proceedings
